HISTORY OF THE SHELTER

The Rifugio di Berdzé opened in 2003. The structure is located on the lands of the locality Péradzà, historically belonging to the family Sogno of Cogne. The project was carried out by Mr.Berger, whose nickname in the local dialect,"Berdzé", is combined with the surname of the owning family to name the shelter. A lasting tribute to those who wanted and built this alpine outpost.
